Miguel, all I can say is that you or anyone else reading this review will never understand how much you helped me. I wish you all the best! I don’t really leave reviews but I had to after what Solv did for me. I live out of state and had to sell my house just outside of Greensboro quickly. I don’t even want to go into the experience I had with my tenants. They were terrible and completely destroyed the house I grew up in. I needed to sell my house because they stopped paying rent. I talked to a realtor friend that recommended I repair the damages so I could get the most for the house but I didn’t have the money to do that. To be honest I just didn’t want to deal with the house anymore cause it just made me angry. I started looking online for company’s that buy houses fast and Solv Real Estate popped up. I talked to Matt and he gave me an offer that I thought was fair given the condition my house was in. Andrea was so communicative with me and pretty much took care of everything I needed (I consider her a friend now). All in all this company is top notch and they take care of people like family.
